Secretly wanting to be a Time Lord? Feeling nothing's Rosey if you aren't traveling through space? Desperately Martha-Jonesing to unleash your inner Dalek?
KTEH invites you to take control of the TARDIS and navigate the intersection of spectacular sci-fi and your favorite public television station. Your video could appear on the air! You could be a fan favorite! You could win a chance to host a Doctor Who Marathon on KTEH!
Grab a video camera! Round up your mates! Wield your imagination!
Show us why YOU should be the next Doctor. Or adversary. Or companion. Maybe you should have your own spin-off! If so, now’s your chance. (Don’t forget the special effects!)
How to Enter:
Make an original Doctor Who mini-episode of two minutes or less and upload your video to YouTube or another video sharing site. Then let us know it's there. (Be sure to read and follow the Official Rules and FAQs of the competition.)
If we like your video, we may feature it on the air on KTEH TV as one of our ten finalists. We'll then invite viewers to choose their favorite from among our top ten, and the winner will walk away with the Grand Prize!
Prizes:
The Grand Prize is a mini-bundle of British goodies PLUS the chance to gather up to six friends and appear on KTEH as hosts of your very own “Doctor Who” Marathon. The top three non-winning finalists will get free TARDIS T’s.
For Exhibition Only:
If you work for KTEH, are planning on helping us moderate the Visualiser, don't live in the state of California, or for some other reason don't want your video to be entered into the official competition, you may still participate! Simply upload your video and send it to us labeled as being "For Exhibition Only." That way, we can still see your genius, but the competition rules are followed!
Not a Video Maker?
That's okay. If making a video isn’t your thing, now’s your chance to be a critic. Share your (constructive!) reviews of the submissions! Pen an ode to your favorite fan time lord! Make suggestions! Chat us up! When all is said and done, we’ll choose two of the most insightful commenters who posted about the competition, and we'll award you free TARDIS T’s as well.

I've been messing around for three weeks on an entry,

but I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it on time, so close!
I wanted to make it set so k-9 causes the death of the doctor who regenerates into (me) who wakes to find the tardis out of control at the end of time. The universe is collapsing on itself which causes the big bang and creates a time loop
I don't know if I can finish it in 8 days, I still have to 3d model the tardis interior and some more terrain and do all the greenscreening, so I was thinking maybe I might make a joke 'Doctor Who confidential' thing so I haven't wasted all this time, but I might be able to finish it
The first 'intro' shot isn't finished yet, it is supposed to give some sense of the possible scale of the tardis, how it's bigger on the inside, for anyone who might notice that :D.

Scanning YouTube it looks like theres only 4 entrants (5 if I can ever figure out how to get my FlipMino to upload to you tube). Has anyone found other entries on other video sites?
PS If I upload my entry to my LiveJournal and make it public does that count?

Gah! I just found this. Does the deadline at 12 midnight the 15th mean when the 15th is over at the strok of midnight and that I can turn stuff in on the 15th, or that the contest is over at midnight when the 15th starts?

Hey Cindy, I know my entry isn't showing up on a search of youtube if you search "KTEH" and "Doctor Who" or any of the other tags because I changed my tags a fair bit after uploading my video and the youtube search index hasn't registered them yet. So there's probably a fair number of other entries out there that aren't immeadiately found.

James is your entry The Running Man? It's finally showing up under the tags. Cindy- which one is yours? I've seen a total of ten entries now that the deadline is up.
The Ood Impossible Planet (also posted here as it's own entry)
Message From the Past
Dr Who Vs the Bubblebot
45 Years and Beyond
The Burning Giraffe
Season "12″ Opener
The Doctor's Destiny
Eternity Burns
Emma Saves the Past Pt. 1
The Running Man
However two surely must be exhibition only (Season 12 and Destiny) due to running overlength. Seems like if they planned on 10 finalists there must have been an expectation of more entries?
