Welcome!
Welcome to the KTEH Time Space Visualiser, where Silicon Valley area Doctor Who fans, (as well as fans from elsewhere in the world), can share their enthusiasm, knowledge, and insights about the show with other like-minded individuals. We’ll use this spot to post the latest info on the series as it airs on KTEH, but we’ll also share details about upcoming events, guest essays about the show, trivia, and other information that may be of interest. Most importantly, we’ll be relying on you to bring your own thoughts, ideas and contributions to the site. If you know of something we should include, don’t hesitate to let us know!
From time to time, we’ll invite you to create media and share it with the world by participating in our competitions, the first of which is the KTEH “How Who Are You?” video challenge. In this competition, you’ll get the chance to show off both your video production skills and your knowledge of Doctor Who. We’re sure that you’ve been itching to make your own Science Fiction piece, so now’s your chance! Use things you’ve got around the house and a little creative vision to impress the rest of the Doctor Who fans out there. (Don’t forget, if you’re the winner you’ll get to host your own Doctor Who marathon on KTEH TV.)
We want this to be your space, and we want you to think of KTEH as your Doctor Who PBS station. So please jump aboard and help us create a smart, engaging and creative destination for those who follow the Doctor and his exploits.
Cheers!

Behind the Name
The “Time Space Visualiser” first appeared in 1964 in the William Hartnell story “The Space Museum,” where The Doctor is given the device as a souvenir. This remarkable device is a bit like a “time television” that allows The Doctor and Companions to view any event in history. They watch things like Abraham Lincoln's delivery of the Gettysburg Address and the Beatles performing “Ticket to Ride.” Much more important, in the story “The Chase,” the Time Space Visualiser reveals the Daleks setting off in their own time machine on their mission to exterminate the TARDIS’s crew. The Time Space Visualiser has subsequently appeared in print in stories in the Doctor Who universe, so it may even be still around! The name seemed ideal to describe a place where you’ll be able to share your own creations about the Doctor Who genre.
Cheers!
