<h4>New Community Service Helps Homeowners Pre-Qualify for Loan Modification – Free!</h4>
<p>The Unity Council’s Homeownership Center offers a free online service that lets you pre-qualify for a loan modification based on your lender’s specific eligibility requirements.  Complete a secure application by entering your financial information and you’ll receive a probability rating for approval based on your current situation.
